Lovatt Construction Consultants Ltd (trading as Lovatt Home Surveys) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and in the course of providing our services.

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, contact details, the property address and the information you give us about your purchase. Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, and delivered to us by email.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, carry out the survey and deliver the report — our lawful basis is the performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one. We retain instruction files for six years after completion to meet our professional and insurance obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with our IT and hosting providers, our insurers where a claim requires it, and where the law requires.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing. Contact surveys@lovattconsultants.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. If analytics are enabled, they are configured without personal identifiers.
